Cheese and Steak Sandwiches
    Cheese and Steak Sandwiches

    Cook Time: 5 minutes
    Start to Finish: 10 minutes
    Times are approximate

    Ingredients:

    4 beef sandwich size steaks
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    8 bread and butter pickle slices
    1 tablespoon oil
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 tablespoon honey mustard
    8 slices bread, toasted

    Directions:

    Heat oil in a skillet. Add onions, cook 5 minutes. Stir in 1/4 cup water, cook 2 minutes. Stir in mustard.

    Transfer to bowl.

    In skillet, cook steaks until no longer pink. Return all steaks to skillet. Top with cheese, cook 2 minutes.

    Top 4 slices bread with onions, pickles, and steaks. Top with remaining bread.
