Start by beating your eggs. Beat your butter until creamy and add in eggs. Add in sugar and flour, and mix well. Add in milk, and mix until smooth.
Pour 3/4 of a cup of pancake batter on your skillet or buttered plate. Add one pineapple slice. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
You can make them on the stove top in a greased skillet, or bake in a 325° for 20 minutes on a buttered plate. If using a skillet flip after about 2 minutes.
