Layer crushed cookies on bottom of 9x13-inch pan. Reserve some for topping.
Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar, add 1 1/2 cups of whipped topping. Layer on top of crust.
Layer prepared chocolate putting on top of cream cheese mixture
Layer then with the 8 ounce carton whipped topping and then sprinkle with cookie crumbs.
Chill for at least 2 hours.
