In a shallow dish, beat eggs with milk, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla; set aside.
Melt half of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Dip 2 bread slices in egg mixture, coating well on both sides; add to skillet. Cook for about 2 minutes, until golden; turn and cook other side. Repeat with remaining butter and bread.
Serve slices topped with peanut butter and maple syrup; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
