Cream Cheese Frosting
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese -- softened
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine -- softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Mix cream cheese, butter and vanilla in medium bowl. Gradually beat in powdered sugar with spoon until smooth and spreadable.
Will frost a 9 x 13 cake or 24 cupcakes.
