- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 12 oz. corned beef, diced
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup grated sharp cheese
- 1 lb elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- Crumbled potato chips
Mix first 6 and place in casserole. Top with potato chip crumbs.
Bake at 425°F about 25 minutes.
