Hard boil, cool and peel eggs.
Cut eggs in half lengthwise, remove yolks to small bowl.
Mash yolks with fork. Add salsa, mayonnaise/sour cream, mustard and pepper. Blend well.
Scoop yolk mixture into egg halves.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
